This document outlines the terms under which you may use the web site Propertyshop.CA and our relationship between you and the site owners, Lawyers Web Propertyshop Ltd.  Your use, or continued use of our site indicates to us that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use.

Who We Are
Lawyers Web Propertyshop Ltd. is an advertising and marketing firm which assists customers to advertise real estate for sale for which we charge a fee. The fee may vary with the term of advertising and additional services. We are not real estate agents or brokers.

Member Services

Members of Lawyers Web Propertyshop Ltd. are licensed lawyers that assist customers to list real estate for sell using our service. Members provide legal advise and services and represent sellers in negotiations. The fees for these services are determined independently by each member.

MLS® Listing Service

Lawyers Web Propertyshop Ltd. uses the service of licensed real estate brokers who charge a flat fee to use the MLS ® network Realtor.CA ®.

Use by Purchasers
Although every attempt is made to verify the accuracy of content provided by our customers, Lawyers Web Propertyshop Ltd. and its members do not accept any liability for errors and omissions. The onus for verifying accuracy rests with you or your legal representative.

User-Created Content
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you provide for use on Propertyshop.CA, that the content is accurate and that it does not violate our Terms of Use.


When you contribute content you unequivocally grant Propertyshop.CA, our members and related entities a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to make use of, in whole or in part, copy, modify, display, archive, store, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works from all information you provide to us, in any form, media or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future as allowed under our Privacy Policy.

  • advertises, promotes or offers to trade any goods or services, except in areas specifically designated for such purpose.
    copyrighted or other proprietary material without the express permission of the owner of that material.

  • includes images, photos, or articles or other content that constitutes, promotes or encourages illegal acts, violation of any right of any individual or entity, violation of any civic, municipal, provincial, national or international law, rule, guideline or regulation, or otherwise creates liability.

  • contains viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files.

  • disrupts, interferes with, or otherwise harms or violates the security of Propertyshop.CA, or any services, system resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through Propertyshop.CA or affiliated or linked sites.

  • any individual or entity (e.g., sends repeated messages related to another user and/or makes derogatory or offensive comments about another individual), or repeats prior posting of the same message under multiple threads or subjects.

We reserve the right to remove any content posted on our site at any time, for any reason. Decisions as to whether a contribution should be censored or removed will be made by Propertyshop.CA in its discretion at any time after posting.
