- dozens of practical ideas on how to improve the value and sales appeal of your property;
- 24-hour, seven days a week exposure on the Propertyshop.ca website;
- 20+ colour photos;
- narrative description of property;
- Mapquest to locate property;
- email for vendor and lawyer;
- downloadable photos and description for purchasers, or for vendor to give out;
- talking lawn sign - a three-minute pre-recorded information message on the property - available 24 hours a day, seven days a week with local and toll-free numbers;
- large custom-made 24" x 32" lawn sign ($40 deposit plus HST for frame required);
- you provide photos, listing details, room measurements and narrative, and bring it to your Propertyshop lawyer, or we can provide these services for additional fees.
- you negotiate with your Propertyshop lawyer the fees to be paid for the legal services, either a percentage or a fixed rate.
